Our Mugicha (Barley Tea) is steamed and roasted in a process called the triple roasting system. It is then crushed for cold brewing and packaged in convenient teabags. Place 1 liter (35oz) of water and let infuse for an hour, occasionally stir to bring out flavor. Enjoy!
- Nutty, with a light roasted note. Since is it made with barley, you do receive a small not of cereal. Very pleasant when adding a little bit of honey.
