We stand by the quality of our products. If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we want to know. As such, please email Raleigh@TinRoofTeas.com, and please include your order number and a description of the reason for the return. You may return unused items to us in their original packaging within 30 days with a receipt for store credit or product exchange. For online orders, please provide your order number, name and address. If an online order has an error that is caused by us, we will refund your return shipping cost.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition unless damaged by shipping. Tea, honey, sugar, chocolate, gift boxes, cookies, and all other food items are non-returnable. Also, all items purchased on sale are non-returnable. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.

What if my one of my items is damaged during shipping?
If an item arrives damaged, please initiate the return process via our Contact form. Please indicate that the item was damaged and that you’d like a replacement. We will provide you with a return label, and once the damaged item is received, will gladly ship you a replacement
