Rooibos/Honeybush

Rooibos tea, also known as Red-Bush tea, is indigenous to the
Cederberg Mountain range in Southern Africa. This tea is a powerful
antioxidant, gaining recent attention for the multitude of medicinal effects
purported by its many consumers. Caffeine-free and naturally sweet, this plant is also known to aid in sleep, various digestive issues, and nervous tension.

Honeybush, a close cousin of Rooibos is also caffeine-free. It is used
to make a beverage and medicinal tea, having a pleasant,
mildly sweet taste and aroma, somewhat like honey.
