As the name would suggest, our in-house Firecracker Chai applies quit a bit of heat. We decided to go with one of the spicier variations of chai and kicked up the ginger and chili. We also added equal parts of black and white cracked pepper. Just remember, not all chai are created equal.
- Ceylon
- Spicy and aromatic. The heat is intense, but not overwhelming.
- Medium-high
- Ceylon black tea, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove, pepper, chili pepper. Shake bag before each use.
