This organic Ceylon comes from the Bogawantalwa Valley in the Dimbula region in Western Sri Lanka. This fertile plantation, which is located at an altitude of between 3,300 and 4,300 feet is known for their high-quality, organic black tea. The brisk, wiry, even, dark to rusty brown leaves develop a bright, copper-colored cup and a bright red infusion.

Linda –
This is one of the few teas that I drink with little to no sweeteners. Spouse likes a little of Tin Roof Teas Orange Blossom Honey to really bring out the tropical flavor. I fixed a pot for breakfast and we drank it hot. I made a second pot with the same leaves and we didn’t finish it so later in the afternoon, I poured it over ice and it was excellent. Reminds me of the old Southern sweet Pekoe teas.
