One of the experts at Tin Roof recommended this herbal blend when I had a sore throat and, since then it has become a favorite I keep in stock. It is amazingly sweet, making it appealing almost everyone, even people who usually just have a little tea with their cream and sugar. I offer it to anyone who has stomach or throat issues, as it seems to be quite effective. I find the big chunks of spices re-steep well 2 or 3 times at least, making it pretty cost effective too.
