Our Snow Dragon (Xue Long) was grown organically near the Nanping township, in Simao. Farm is located on Wuliang Mountain. Basket fired. Thick leaves open to a sweet, clean vegetal umami character. There is much flavor – think sweet corn. Aroma is softly vegetal. It is a good tea as a morning beverage.
