Our “Red Pearls” Hong Zhen Zhu, is a single spring harvest Mao Feng leaf is hand rolled into a pearl and air dried to rich golden colors. The pearls are full-bodied and noted for their smooth and malty flavors. Distinctly large leaves will slowly unfurl releasing an aromatic bouquet.  The striking rich colors of the pearls triggers interest. We noted the large size of the leaf and as it is early spring pick the leaves class as high grade.
