Medium Roast Yaupon (Organic)

Our Organic medium roasted yaupon tea, is a delicious brew native to the Southern United States. A tasty, smooth, and naturally sweet tea, yaupon was used by the indigenous peoples of the region for thousands of years and has recently been rediscovered and has become widely available. This holly-like plant is the northern cousin of the yerba maté and guayusa plants of South America. Hardy and drought resistant, yaupon is the only naturally caffeinated plant native to North America, growing wildly in the Southern U.S. stretching from Texas to North Carolina.
