This honey has a very distinctive flavor that I was not fond of at first. It is not especially sweet. Before the jar was empty I was hooked, especially after using it in tea. This was a new experience in honey for me and I am 56 years old and used to keep bees as a hobby. Love to find new tastes, especially pleasing ones like this honey.
